1. Data controller

2. Data we process
- Data sent with the contact form: company name, first and last name, VAT number, website, email, phone number, service of interest and message content.
- Browsing data: IP address, date and time of the request, pages visited and technical browser data, recorded automatically in the server logs.
- Rental bookings: the booking form on this website is provided by the MyRent platform. Data entered in that form is processed according to the notice shown during the booking.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Whether you must provide data
Providing your data is optional. However, the fields marked as required are needed to reply to your request: without them the request cannot be sent.
5. How and for how long data is kept
Data is processed electronically, with appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
- Contact requests not followed by a contract: 24 months from the last contact.
- Requests followed by a contract: for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, as required by Italian civil and tax law.
- Server logs: for the technical period set by the hosting provider, unless needed to investigate offences.
6. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised Loginet S.r.l. staff and may be shared with the following providers, appointed as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR):
- Aruba S.p.A., for website hosting and email;
- the provider responsible for developing and maintaining the website, which receives a copy of the requests sent with the form;
- the provider of the MyRent booking platform.
Data is not published or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
Data sent with the contact form is stored in Italy. The MyRent booking form uses third-party services based in the United States, described in the Cookie Policy. Any such transfers are based on the safeguards in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to info@loginetsrl.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Automated decision-making
Your data is not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
